THIRSTY?<\/span> Tap-water in Switzerland is very high quality and you can drink it without any hesitation. Water that is not drinkable will always be labelled as &#8220;Kein Trinkwasser&#8221; (&#8220;no drinking water&#8221;). If you prefer, mineral water can be purchased from the vending machine on the ground floor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(190, 22, 33, 0.55);\">LAUNDRY SERVICE &#8211; DID THE WAITER SPILL WINE ON YOUR SHIRT? WE CAN HELP.<\/span> Laundry bags are located in the wardrobe. Please complete the form and place everything in the bag. Make sure you hand it to the housekeeping staff or the reception before 10h in the morning. For dry cleaning we use a local dry cleaner.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(190, 22, 33, 0.55);\">LIFT &#8211; NO, YOU DON&#8217;T HAVE TO WALK.<\/span> We have one elevator that will take you up to the 4th floor. To reach the rooms on our 5th floor, you may take the elevator to the 4th floor and then use the stairs from there.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(190, 22, 33, 0.55);\">LUGGAGE STORAGE &#8211; NO NEED TO CARRY IT ALL AROUND.<\/span> Should you arrive early or decide to leave late on the day of departure you can leave your luggage with us at the reception &#8211; for free\u00a0\u30c4 \u00a0(please note: we decline all liability)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(190, 22, 33, 0.55);\">DOGS ARE WELCOME &#8211; AND THEY ARE FREE. <\/span>Ask for a dog rug when you reserve your room. The space directly in front of the hotel is reserved for loading and unloading luggage. Please note that the systems capacity can cool down the temperature of the room to max 5 degrees below the outdoor temperature.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(190, 22, 33, 0.55);\">EXTRA BEDS &#8211; TRAVELLING WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS.<\/span> In some rooms there is the possibility of adding an extra bed. It will be charged as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Children up to the age of 7: Free<\/li>\n<li>Children aged 8 to 13 years: CHF 35.00<\/li>\n<li>From 14 years: CHF 50.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note extra beds are ONLY available in the following room categories and ONLY upon requests: Large, Large Balcony, XL &amp; XL Balcony. It is not possible to have extra beds in any room in the 5th Floor @ Hotel Interlaken.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(190, 22, 33, 0.55);\">PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB &#8211; WHAT DOES IT MEAN?<\/span> If you do not want to be disturbed in your room, please put the &#8220;Do Not Disturb&#8221; sign on the outside of the door. When leaving the room please do not forget to remove the sign again or turn it to green card. Please be informed that the room will not be cleaned after 16h.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(190, 22, 33, 0.55);\">ROOMSERVICE &#8211; FEELING LAZY?<\/span> We offer room service from 18h until 21h except on Wednesdays, when the restaurant is closed. You will find a full menu by scanning the QR-code in your room.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(190, 22, 33, 0.55);\">ROOM KEY CARDS &#8211; KEY INFORMATION TO CHECKING OUT.<\/span> Please hand in all your key cards upon departure. They are recycled and used again. WATCH TELE.<\/span> On the television you can receive more than 100 channels in many different languages. Please scan the QR-code in your room to consult the channel list and find your favourite programs.
